About Station Settings

Stations are loaded into the AmperWave Streaming console for you by AmperWave Support. The field descriptions are listed below.

Basic Info

Field	Description
Station Description	The description of the station, such as classical rock or country.
Station URL	The main URL for the station.
Format	The subject matter of the station, like sports or 80s rock.
Time Zone	The time zone the station is in.
Language	The language the station's programming is in.
DMA Market	The market the station is in.
Max Ad Injection Time	The length of time the system will stay in ad mode before automatically returning to content.

Simulcast

Field	Description
Simulcast Enabled	Enables or disables Simulcast Mode, which will serve the stream unaltered (no ad insertion) to users within the station DMA and perform ad insertion for users outside of the station DMA or country. If this option is enabled additional DMAs can be added that will receive the simulcasted station.
Simulcast Targeting Simulcast DMA(s) Simulcast Countries Simulcast MSA(s)	The options are MSAs, DMA, or Country. Select the DMA(s) you want to simulcast. Select the Countries you want to simulcast. Select the Metropolitan Survey Area(MSA) you want to simulcast.

Ad Network Settings

Field	Definition
TargetSpot Code	The TargetSpot code if you have one.
TAP ID	The TAP ID if you have one.
WOPD Placement ID	WO Ad Exchange ID if you are integrated with WOPD. (deprecated)
ARC Placement ID	Audacy ARC ID if you are integrated with ARC.
Custom DAAST Ad Category Overrides	Select ad types to block ads of that type from being delivered to this station via ad networks.
Always Selected DAAST Ad Category Overrides	These ad types are always blocked from being delivered to this station via ad networks.

Notifications

Field	Description
Silence Alert	When enabled, the system sends this alert when silence is detected for 60 seconds. Once enabled, add each address to which you want the system to send the alert message.
Not Requesting Ads Alert •Not Requesting Ads Threshold	When enabled, the system sends this alert when the station has not not requested ads from WO Streaming for longer than the threshold time set below. Once enabled, add each address to which you want the system to send the alert message. •Set the threshold at which you want the system to trigger the alert.
Stream Down Alert	When enabled, the system sends this alert when a stream is down. Once enabled, add each address to which you want the system to send the alert message.
Not Receiving Metadata Alert •Not Receiving Metadata Threshold	When enabled, the system sends this alert when your encoder has not sent meta-data for longer than the threshold time set below. Once enabled, add each address to which you want the system to send the alert message. •Set the threshold at which you want the system to trigger the alert.
