Generating a Report of Use Report

To access the Report of Use report , Click the SoundExchange tab then select Report of Use.

A Report of Use report is used for submitting song performance information to SoundExchange.

To run a Report of Use report:

In Date Range, click the dates to select a date range.

There is one Parameter to choose from to customize your report.

1. 1. In Stations, click on a station to move it to the Selected Sections column. By default all stations are selected.
      • You can bulk select stations using the Market, Language, Format and Band filters. Clicking the double arrow buttons moves your selected stations to and from the Available Stations and Selected Stations lists. 
   2. Click Generate Report. You can also download the report by clicking Export to CSV.

Your results will display below in a columnar format.

If you are running into issues with the results of this report, with issues such as:

• Incomplete Song Titles
• Missing data
• Questions on counts

Please contact AmperWave Support and an engineer will assist you. Otherwise, this report should be used to submit to SoundExchange
