Apply Blackout to All users:
In order to reject all users, leave the Receives Original Content button set to deny. In this case, all DMA's and countries have been set to deny. In addition, Original Content for all Unselected Geographical regions is set to deny.
Apply Blackout to Portland OR. DMA Only:
In Targeting, select DMA, and then Portland, OR. Ensure Receives original content is set to Allow. Note below that all other untargeted regions are set to Deny.
Apply Blackout to Canada and the United States Only:
In Targeting, select Country, and then click the United States and Canada to target them. Ensure Receives Original Content is set to allow, and unselected targets at the bottom to deny.
Apply a Blackout to all Mobile Devices in all DMAs:
In Targeting, select DMA, and click the double arrow to select all. Under Applies to, click mobile or unselect desktop/unknown. Then determine whether mobile should be allowed by toggling the receives original content buttons.
Apply a Blackout to a Source
In Targeting, select Source, and enter a source value. Ensure the Receives Original Content is set appropriately, and unselected targets is set to either allow or deny as well.
