Please see below for a list of steps on how to create a user in the streaming console.
PLEASE NOTE: This can only be done by a user with the appropriate account admin role.
1. Log into the AmperWave Streaming Console here - https://console.amperwave.com/
2. User management is handled under the ACCOUNT tab on the top of the console. You will click on that tab, and select USER MANAGER.
3. From there you will click on the grey button in the top right labeled "+ New User" which will open a pop-up box where you can enter in the details for the new user, and make selections from the drop down menus to assign permissions to that user. Below is an explanation of each Role's permissions and limitations.
*Please note that if this user will have the role of Email Reports, you will need to adjust the reports they receive in the user profile.

•Full access to campaigns and reports for stations in their assigned markets. •Read access for most screens. |

•Schedule blackouts •Create campaigns for Priority 4,5, and 6, which are "fill" (non-revenue) content •View reports |

| Reporting | Can view Priority 1 - Priority 6 campaigns and run reports against them. | Cannot edit campaigns. |
| Email Reports | This role can only receive the email reports specified in their user profile. | This role has no interface access |
Once you have all the settings correct for this user, click Create and the user will be added to the User Management List and an email will be sent to that user with instructions on how to log in.
Please contact AmperWave Support if the user does not receive an email after being set up.
