It is best practice to change your password periodically.
To change your AmperWave Streaming console password, follow these steps:
- If you are signed in to AmperWave Streaming, log out by clicking the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and clicking sign out.
- Open an internet browser (Chrome is recommended).
- Enter https://console.amperwave.com/ into the navigation bar.
- The login page appears.
- Click Reset Password
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Your new password must:
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain at least 1 lower case letter
- Contain at least 1 upper case letter
- Contain at least 1 special character
Note: If you do not receive an email, check your spam folders. If you still do not receive the email, please contact AmperWave Support.
