The Traffic report shows your how users are accessing your shows.
Note: To run a new report with the same selections as a previous report, select View Report for that report from the Report History table and click New report with same settings in the upper right corner of the page.
To run a new report:
- In the left navigation bar, click Traffic.
- Set the report parameters. The options are:
- Date Range: Set the start and end date of the span you want to analyze. You can use the calendar icon Calendar to select the dates, enter them manually in the text boxes in the form mm/dd/yy, or select them from the Presets menu.
- Report Name: Give the report a name you will recognize when it shows in the History tab later. Auto-fills with the dates set above.
- Set the report content. The list includes all shows, sorted by content producer. Optionally, You can select a source in the Sources menu to focus the report on that source alone.
- When everything is set the way you want, click Run Report.
Depending on the report settings and how much information is in your system, the report may take a moment to generate. You can click away from the report page and use the console while it is generating. Your report will appear in the list on the Report History page when it's complete. To visit the Report History page, click Analytics > Reports in the top navbar.
To export the report into an Excel file, click Generate XLS in the upper right. To print the report or download it as a PNG or JPEG image, a PDF, or an SVG vector image, click the menu icon Menu on the right.
The report is divided into five blocks:
- Platform: The app or website playing the content.
- OS: the operating system of the device playing the content.
- Device: The type of device used (smartphone, desktop, etc) to play the content.
- Browser: The browser used to play the content.
- Source: the channel used to generate the content and link to the content.
