Detailed Radio Report - Device Report

To create a Device Report, navigate to the Analytics tab, and then select Detailed Radio Report:

In Date Range, select a date range.

There are two Parameters to choose from to customize your report.

1. In Selected Report Type: select Device
2. In Select Stations, click on a station to move it to the Selected Sections column. By default all stations are selected.
   • You can bulk select stations using the Market, Language, Format and Band filters. Clicking the double arrow buttons moves your selected stations to and from the Available Stations and Selected Stations lists.
3. To finish, click Generate Report. The results will display below. You can also download your results in Excel format by clicking Export Report 
   • To view device details, click the expand icon next to each device type name.
   • To collapse an expanded section, click the collapse icon  below it.
   • To view each column's information in the graph above the table, click the heading of that column.
   • Terminology/Definitions are provided below the results.

Note: When looking at device analytics, you may encounter a category called Other.  This represents a small percentage of your usership and is completely normal. We use each user's User Agent to determine the device that user is tuning in on. Sometimes devices do not send a known User Agent, or the user changes it. When this happens, we sort those users into the Other category. However, If you notice an abnormally high percentage of Other users in the device report (more than 20%) please reach out to the AmperWave Streaming Support team for help.
