Generating an Ad Statistics Report

The Ad Statistics report can be found under the Reports sub-tab under Ad Management on the AmperWave streaming console. Select the Ad Statistics report. 

 

Note: The main Ad Statistics page will not allow you to run a report on an individual Campaign. For Ad Statistics on individual Campaigns you must start the process on the Campaign's Summary page and click View Campaign Statistics in the top right of the summary page. This will lead you to an Ad Statistics page for that Campaign.

To run an ad statistics report:

In Date Range, select a date range.

There are several Parameters to choose from to customize your report.

1. In Select Stations, click on a station to move it to the Selected Sections column. By default all stations are selected.
   • You can bulk select stations using the Market, Language, Format and Band filters. Clicking the double arrow buttons moves your selected stations to and from the Available Stations and Selected Stations lists.
2. In Select Advertiser, select one or more advertisers.
3. If you are creating a Campaign Ad Statistics report the Selected Campaign campaign information will already be filled in. If you are creating any other Ad Statistics report, you are not able to select an individual Campaign to report on. 
4. In Select Revenue Detail, select Excluded or Included.
5. In Include Creative Details, select Excluded or Included.
   Note: The Include Creatives Details option applies only to the Detailed Affidavit and Line Item Reports.
6. In Select how to show Ad Performance Metrics If you are generating a Summary Affidavit report, select either Based on Ad Settings, which will display Impressions or Plays based on the campaign or Show Both Performance Metrics, which will display both Impressions and Plays for In-Stream ads.
   Note: Gateway Ads and Banner Ads will only display the Impressions column.
   
7. To finish, click Generate Report. The report results will display below. You can also download your results in Excel format by clicking on one of the Export Report buttons. Note: The Summary Affidavit report can also be exported as a PDF.

Exporting the Ad Statistics Report Results

To export an ad statistics report:

1. Click either Summary Affidavit, Detailed Affidavit, Expanded Detailed Affidavit, or Line Item Report.
   The format menu appears.
2. Select either Export to Excel or for the Summary report Export to PDF.
   The Generate dialog appears.
3. Assign a name for the file.
4. Click Generate.

Once complete a dialog box will appear that allows you to download the report.

If you export your report it can also be found in the Reports > History page.
