The Campaign Projection report calculates the absolute maximum possible inventory a campaign could reach assuming it plays in every break with no competing content. Campaign Projection is a subsection of the Inventory Forecasting Tool and must be enabled by an AmperWave supporter in your account settings.
To access the Campaign Projection tool, Click the Ad Management tab, then the Reports sub-tab on the AmperWave Streaming console. Then select Inv. Forecasts
To run a Campaign Projection report:
- In Date Range, select a range of dates for the report.
- In Forecast Type, choose In-Stream, Gateway, or Podcast.
There are several parameters to choose from to customize your report. You'll want to select parameters as if you were creating the campaign you are projecting for.

- In DayParts, select the dates and times you would like the projection to cover.

In Stations, click on a station to move it to the Selected Sections column. By default all stations are selected.
- You can bulk select stations using the Market, Language, Format and Band filters. Clicking the double arrow buttons moves your selected stations to and from the Available Stations and Selected Stations lists.
- In Geo Targeting, click Enabled to use this feature. Once enabled you can select multiple types of geo targets to run a projection against and can also exclude specific geo areas if you wish. Guide to Geo Targeting
- In Source Targeting, click Enabled to use this feature. You can then enter the sources you would like to project against. Sources are appended to the end of stream links and used to track analytics and enable blackouts.
- In Device Targeting, click Enabled to use this feature. You can select from several device types using Operating system, Brower, Device Category and Device Manufacturer.
- In Advanced Targeting, click enabled to use this feature. You can choose to project against specific Audience segments here. If this parameter is not enabled you can contact AmperWave Streaming support and request access to the feature.
- You can choose to target against a preset Audience Template or create your own using the audience selection options.
- To choose a preset Audience Template click on "+ Audience Template" and select from the templates that have been created in the account.

Once all your selections are made Click on the slider button next to Campaign Projection to enable the Campaign Projection
- In Competitive Separation choose your IAB Code
- In Ad Priority select the priority.
- In Frequency Capping click on the toggle to Enable Frequency Capping. Use this section to match the Frequency capping your campaign will have.
- In No Repeat click on the toggle to Enable No Repeat. Use this section to match the No Repeat settings your campaign will have.
- In Creative Length set the length in seconds that the creative will be.
Click Generate Report. You can also export the report by clicking Export to Excel. Campaign Projections are also available in your Reports > History tab.
